Cheap cell phone plans?
I need a cell phone, but do NOT want a tracphone or a pay as you go. Though... all the lowest 1 person plans I see are $40 or more, and have a two year contract, which I would rather not have. Though, I may not have much of a choice there. Any other thoughts? Know of any cheap plans or services?

Where can I get a cheap cell phone plan?
I don't have $ to pay 40 or 80 dollars per month for a cell phone that I would use for emergency purposes and just between my husband and I for traveling and such. Does anyone know of a plan that would only cost $20 or less? I know they have those pay as you go plans - but then the minutes run out if you don't use them after you buy them right? What's the best idea for me?
